Ruby on Rails Engineer - Fully Remote (LATAM)

We are looking for a Backend RoR Engineer to join our client Tech Tribe team!

The specific focus of this role is to create re-usable APIs and common frameworks for the application teams.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• English: Excellent oral and written skills.

• 3+ years of recent experience developing with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience working with Docker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related field.
• Believe in self-improvement, refactoring, and studying best practices with autonomy as well as teamwork.
  

• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Good to have: Experience with AWS and/or CI/CD.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Tackle complex business challenges and solve them through business improvements.
• Interact with the client on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with a broader team (developers, designers, QAs, DevOps).

• Play a part in strategy and decision-making above and beyond your domain of expertise.
